During an on-site visit, we walk the property and discuss how you want your outdoor spaces to feel at night. We focus on flow, focal points, sightlines, and how each area connects after dark.
3. Conceptual Lighting Design
Based on your priorities and the unique layout of your property, we design a custom lighting plan tailored specifically to your space. Every decision is informed by our walkthrough, ensuring the lighting complements how you live, move through, and experience your home after dark.
4. Proposal & Agreement
You receive a clear, detailed proposal that outlines the design intent, scope of work, and investment. Once approved, we finalize details and schedule your installation.
5. Installation & Nighttime Refinement
Our team installs the system with care and precision, then returns after dark to fine-tune aiming, brightness, and layering. This final adjustment is where the design truly comes to life.

Paul is a graduate of the International Landscape Lighting Institute’s Intensive Design Program and a licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor. His design-first approach blends technical precision with artistic composition to create warm, inviting outdoor spaces.
